Sleep Mode stops JFW operating in a program to allow the other program to
operate.  You might want to do this, say, in the case of a real audio
program that also used your sound card where you didn't have a hardware
synthesizer to speak, or when you're using another OCR or specialized
program that may use the numpad keys differently than JAWS.
