Hello Gian,
Running without your screen shouldn't be a problem, I do it all the time.
It doesn't even seem to bother the Power management settings which turn it
off after 5 min. of inactivity. It also has the added benefit of preserving
the phosphers without one of those annoying screen saver programmes.
At work it freeks people out occasionally but has the advantage of privacy.
