kernel 32 errors

I'm getting lots of kernel 32 errors with 3.31 on the laptop with windows
98. It happens with explorer caused a general protection fault, or with
kernel32.dll this program has performed an illegal operation ... especially
while writing a new msg in outlook express 5 as I'm doing now. the module
referred to is always opl3sa.drv. Any clues?
