kernel 32 errors

I get kernel 32 errors left and right when creating a new msg in Outlook
Express 5.0 It's not consistent, but it's usually on module opl3sa.drv. Is
this a jfw issue or an MS issue? it's on a Toshiba 2535 Sattelite laptop
with 128 mb ram, 4.3 gb drive, jfw 3.31, dectalk access, and Windows 98.
