Virus scans

Hey folks,
just wondering how does JAWS 3.3 or 3.31 work with mcafee virus scan 4.2 .
Should I use this or not.  As of now I don't have a virus scan and I am
wondering which one is safe to use with JAWS.  let me know a s a p  THANKS!
