As it exists, the CompuServe CS2000 product cannot be fully used by folks
using screen-readers. The hitch is that this particular product was
developed by AOL personnel, and uses some "technology" that is not
speech-friendly.

I know that it has been said before, but the problems with AOL and Persons
With Disabilities (PWD) are being addressed. I should know, I'm in the
thick of things. Also, you might not put too much trust in current
statements, made by AOL, that they are putting fixes to the service into
place.

Once again, the CS2000 product, as it exists, is not fully usable by us
blind folks.
