Hi, Kogi. I've never had much stuttering at all. I've got a pentium3/450,
and 128 MB of RAM. It works amazingly in Windows95, and it avoids those
conflicts with other multimedia programs so I can take advantage of their
sounds. I am therefore forced to draw the conclusion that it's probably a
system-dependant problem. You may also want to check out other multi-channel
sound cards as there may be one which works better that I'm not aware of. At
the time I made my purchase, it was said to be the best.
