Hi Donna,
        I don't have much of an answer, but I thought that I would tell you how to
find the "feedback" form.  You need to tab to the Technical Support link,
then, there is something there that has service request as the title, I
think.  Tab to that.  Once you get there, you just follow the instructions.
You could also e-mail HJ for help by writing:
