I want to applaud Henter-Joyce for JFW 3.31, but I am frustrated.
I've been a user of Eudora for Email since 1996 and like the product very
much, but I am finding that JFW 3.31 is reading Graphics in forwarded
messages and this is very annoying. sometimes when the message has been
forwarded several times, the Graphics are so bad you lose all concentration
and cannot read the message. I never had this problem with any of the
earlier versions of JAWS.
I was told to go to the website and fill out a form there, but I can't find
it so I'm not sure what to do from here.
I tried correcting this problem using the Dictionary Manager with no
results. So, I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
JAWS does this on my laptop as well as my desktop, and since both Video
cards are different, I'm sure this is JAWS related.
I would appreciate any way to correct this problem or get it resolved.
I've also noticed when you give JAWS the insert down arrow command to read
a message, it wil jump to bottom of window and you can do an up arrow to
get focused again.
Would there be anyone who could shed some light on this problem?
