I was once using or did have a program called Window Eyes. It is from the
makers of Wordtalk. Anyone remember them? Anyway it was suppposed to work
with Netscape, but I could never get it to work. As far as Internet
Explorer is concerned, I guess it would depend on how fast your connection
is. Here at the college we don't even need modems, so therefore Internet
Explorer is a lot faster with a network connection verses a modem
connection, but its all dependent on preference, and how fast a connection
you have.
