Here is my problem. I just got the jfw 3.3.1 on CD-rom and I am a long-time
jfw user. I just bought a toshiba 4120CDS I think it is and I just sold my
older Toshiba 325CDS to a friend. I took my jfw off of the old one and the
auth key came off of it just fine. I had jfw 3.3.1 on it as well. I had
downloaded it off of the web site. Now when I try to install the jfw 3.3.1
on the new computer when it gets to where it wants the authorization I put
the disk in and it says can't find authorization information; and gives me
an un-specified error then a long number. I have called Henter-Joyce on
this. I can't figure out if it is a problem with the Toshiba or JFW. The
Toshiba reads the disk fine. In fact I can run winmove or hjauth off of the
floppy from Windows Explorer. I can read the files on the diskette from
Windows Explorer as well. So the A floppy drive works. Any help would be
much appreciated. Thanks.
