Hi,
I have had a very bad experience with the authorization key. I took a
computer course in summer. Before the start of the course, I got my
computer updated. For this, I uninstalled the authorization key from my
hard disk. When I tried to reinstall it after the upgradation, I got error
messages stating that the authorization disk was not accessible. On
contacting HJ, I was sent a new disk, which I received after a period of
three weeks. When I tried the new disk, I got similar error messages. After
several attempts, the authorization mismanager finally accepted a key. But
my computer course had been badly affected. Now,
I have another problem. The authorization count on the hard disk is zero
despite the fact that JFW is working properly like a fully authorized
version. I do not know what will happen the next time, I need to uninstall
the authorization key from my hard disk. Another three weeks without JFW
working in full mode? I understand why HJ put this system in JFW but they
could have done it with a key in hardware form. JFW costs more than any
other home user software that I know of. In return for such an amount, the
last thing that one expects is a constant worry about the working of the
product. Because of my experience, I am weighting for a time when Microsoft
Windows will
come with a screen reader so that I do not have to rely on an unreliable
product.
