I thank you all for giving me different advice on soundcards. After I
did a little more research, I finally bought a multi-channel soundcard.
It's called SoundBlaster PCI 512. It had all the features of what I
wanted and the price was about a half of different models of SB Live
cards. It was $37. Now, Eloquence is much more responsive especially in
MSIE, and I can play many sounds at the same time. I realized how much I
was missing until I got this multi-channel sound card. Again thanks for
your advice.
