Yes, it happens to me too.
I think it is to do with Windows memory leakage, seems to happen after
prolonged use of the computer between bootups and happens faster if I have
been moving in and out of different applications a lot. Really notice it
when using Open Book Ruby edition. MemTurbo doesn't seem to be helping it
any, maybe even making it worse.
When I think of it I restart windows before downloading e-mail or going on
the Web, seems to help but it is hard to know for sure since it is an
intermittent problem.
