Hello Again,

When I originally sent out this inquiry, I was not able to consider outlook in any 
version because we don't have anything but outlook express available to us here and we 
are not supposed to run it.  We are running groupwise and it works ok but does not 
read as well as I would like in the calendar portion.

I will try the alarm program to see if it will meet my needs.  Does anyone know if you 
can set alarms to notify you of upcoming events with different time durations i.e. be 
warned of one appointment the morning it is to occur while having a reminder each day 
for a week prior to a very important event?
