I don't know if it is the most recent version but try
 
www.thesocket.com/~henrich

(make sure you put the tilde sign before henrich after the slash) and look for his 
link that says something like interesting files from my ftp site.  Choose this link 
and then look for the alarm program.  It is easy to find.
