I too await that promised patch. These SSIL problems I'm having between JFW
3.3135 and my DoubleTalk PC are really getting annoying to say the least.
You never know if something is mis-spelled, or if JFW is messing up.
Plus it would be nice to have the functionality back in MS Word 97 like we
use to. These MSO Generic Containers in place of buttons and graphics are a
major hindrance for JFW3.3135 and Word 97.
Also the problems that still linger in Outlook Express 5 not reading the
from and subject fields when a person uses the ALT-> command to move to the
next message really needs to be fixed.
If my memory serves me correctly, the reason they re-did the dictionary
manager was to allow for more words, and it's just the opposite. I can't
have nearly as big of a Default.JDF file as I could in JFW3.3026.
I e-mailed Chris and told him we needed more of a "shake-down", and that I
didn't think JFW 3.3135 should of gone to press, but who am I, just a user.
Sorry for the griping, but when you're short on HD space, and you can't
really afford to keep both the old version, as well as the latest on your
system, it becomes quite annoying. I need JFW 3.31 for what it does do
well, and I need JFW3.3026 for what JFW 3.3135 doesn't, but that's really
not an option right now.
