I. E. 5 Tutorial

Hi, again, List, Is there a tutorial out there, other than H.J., which is
not so expensive and covers I.E. 5 with JFW 3.31? I think there was
something on the list a few weeks ago, but I have deleted the message. I am
also interested in learning more about Audio, wave and midi files and
downloading them onto my hard drive as well as CDs.
