His tutorials are about $25 with shipping, and he's done a bunch of them.
The one you want was done prccmarily with JFW and he covers much of what
you're interested in. He's out of the country right now, so you may have
to wait a few days for a response. You can also buy his tutorials from
various vendors like Ann Morris Enterprises, but I usually buy directly
from him. In fact, I always have.
