Use the File menu, and Save attachments (I don't know the exact spelling or
Alt-key, as I don*t use English language Outlook). You will normally be
prompted to accept saving of all attachments, or you can choose just one.
You then have to accept or change target folder.

It _is_ in the 8-bit ANSI char.set, ISO8859-1, good old DOS CP437 or cp85,
and many more.
It looks like an A with a small circle above, and it's pronounced like
English "au".
