Yes, and I will add my voice to yours. Several days ago, I posted a message
to this list that I wondered why I had not received any answer to my email
to HJ other than an inquiry number and escalation message.
John Carson also contacted me directly and tried to assist in resolving
issues I was having with 3.31.We could not find a solution to my problem of
Jaws slipping focus on web pages with the virtual cursor, but we certainly
tried!
I have made the decision to use 3.30.26 for now because it does run so
smoothly on my system. I know that others are working successfully with
3.31, and I am not going to throw the baby out with the bath water!
