To add to this...
If you use Defrag under 98, be sure you aren't using the option that has
Defrag moving the most frequently used applications to the head of the
class, so they'll load faster.  I fried a key with this method, but it was
due to a brain cramp, not HJ.  Basic Defrag doesn't move the key.
