HI Stephen.
If I was you, I would be testing my memory. If your computer is reporting
63 mb, you could have faulty memory. If my guess is correct, that would
cause the out of memory errors and illegal operation errors.
Do what everyone has suggested, but do one thing at a time. That is, check
your color depth and video status first. See if that makes a difference.
Then remove the stuff out of your system tray and see if that makes a
difference, etc. But I expect it is your memory.
