Dear Mr.Sudesh kumar and others of jharkahnd e group,
Concern raised are genuine and nobody wants naxalism, probably even the
people who are in to it.The bottom line is a descent life.I am fortunately now
in china and looking at things very closely.I discovered a small coffee shop
employes 25 to 30 people. It is a private owened. In India including the TATAs
everybody is busy reducing the staff. In china even a private factory creates
massive infrastructure for the community. The public sector did the same .But In
India how many private sector companies are doing this.Tata steel with 100
years of glorious existance has not a single tribal to its credit that can be
seen to have risen to the level of VP.It is at the heart of the tribal land the
most backward of all. What are we doing?
Corporate social responsibility is an eye wash.If the most educated group of
India ,the most prosporous group of India do this then who else will do for
India?
Political class are not alone to be blamed.Everybody is failing.
So the best thing is to concentrate more on the zone of influence than the
zone of concern.
I think a small contribution in any manner will do good for the nation.
  Dayanidhi Marandi.

Story Retold: Jharkhand, Naxal and Development

The Jharkhand State government’s ministers and political coalition that
supports has no plan, policy, intention, energy, foresight or strategy and
creeping towards a phase of potency in their political career or life.

The dreams of the people of Jharkhand have been shattered since, the early
times of independence of country as industrial area of State has been promising
but, the profit is reap by a class of people, that is not new for us.
Comparatively stronger class of people regardless of any clan are the
beneficiaries at all steps of gain, as it has been said – as much our country
is growing, that much rich people become richer and poor class become poorer.

It’s not that, no indigenous or local populations got advantage of modern
development and state’s industrialization but, first and main beneficiaries are
mostly that class of people, who already has been at well position since early
times, no matter either s/he belong to industrialist or business or wealthy or
notorious politician class. So, Maoist and other terror outfits came in state
with their naxal movement to check that above gap, i.e. coming from early years
at our place. They promise and won the confidence (at point-blank) of
illiterate, semi-literate & poverty ridden people by saying that – they want to
bring social-economic-political equality in our place but, first let them make
people’s government in India (if public have not got enough time to read or
learn their policy then no problem), there are many Bollywood movie flashed
their concern to a wide & virtual media. For example watch the movie ‘Lal
Salam’; also, they have huge no. of publications across the
country, if interested or in need then please ask me for that long list).

A Chinese, Mao Zedong, who had reproduced theory of Marx-Lenin during 1950s in
China to bring social-economic-political equality and development. That’s now
distributed over entire Asian continent and bit ahead in this world but, hardly
they brought change for anyone.

Simple example of our nearest city – Kolkata, that was once in a history
treated as commercial capital like Mumbai but, see the condition now after the
many decades of communist ruling governments there, all business and industries
management houses has shifted to Mumbai or Delhi and some in south like
Bangalore. So, city become down compare to its rival cities of India. Also,
take the example of any naxal affected area; do you think is it flying high on
the way of social-economic-political-technological development?

Naxal areas exist, where only, there is no kind of infrastructure has been
developed yet? Well, no way to develop any infrastructure there, because
naxalism wants political power rather than development. As govt send fund and
its personnel there to develop that infrastructure but, all things get down
there because, there is jungle raj there, means no law and order. So, all
economically productive populations have migrated from there and as obvious,
upcoming talents are migrating too. Here, the big questions come, why can’t the
Government of India gets rid of this regional development obstacle? Why our
govt is so silent even after 60 years of independent?

It will just take less than a week to make the entire State free from any
naxalism if it has been given in the hand of Indian Army, that’s 3rd biggest
army of the world. But, our so called democratic government can’t allow army to
make our state naxal free. So, still same question lies here? Who has the
answer of this big question?

Scholars say, answer is already with all concerned people who run the
government or play in the field of political battle. But, they can’t do
anything except waiting for appropriate political equation to solve this. This
same political equation is meant everything for their political position that’s
above the God or motherland for them.

Do business houses know the answer? Yes, they knew it too but, first thing is
profit that should be first in business than anything. So, profit is above the
humanity or God and poor regions’ development. Here, regional development
issues depends on famous blue ocean theory, no surprise here, it was also given
by a Chinese. Jharkhand has been major beneficiaries of this theory. As in one
example – Jamshedpur become the one of the best city of India through the local
industry and bounty of Mr. Tata & Tata Company. So, Can you believe it’s in
Jharkhand State, where 22 out of 24 districts are naxal affected. And an
another blue ocean known as Chiria mines also found in Jharkhand, that is still
killing the sweet sleep of world’s richest business houses.

Well forget these Politicians and business houses for a moment; does general
public know this answer? Certainly not!! Coz public doesn’t have time to think
about it, general public is so busy to earn their bread n butter for
subsistence and further development. We know and entire world also accept – we
are the most economically productive population and termed as high interest
paid human capital, which successfully established itself in all blue chip
branded companies. We can make our survival at any place of the world coz we
are really competitive. But, did we know the answer of that simple question?
Majority of us (NRN – non-resident native) might say like - “I am a business
professionals or ………….; I get everything after giving my all time to my co.,
where I work & I am so busy, I don’t have time to think that political stuffs
of our ancestor’s place. I think world become a global village now and we
should work for human kind. But, I don’t know, where is our ancestors’
place exist in this global village. Even, if I think and got answer of your
question then, what more I can do except writing in some news papers. I can’t
go in that naxal areas, I am not political. Also, I have everything that, I
ever desired”.

Well, our Word Bank is richer than the World Bank to discuss above. Do you
agree? Not yet!!! Scroll back please, because story is retold.

Regards,

Sudesh Kumar
