Dr.Mishra, The same constitutional rights empower me to exercise my rights whether to rent out my property to whom, when and how, and nobody can claim the right to be a tenant by force or such pseudo constitutional rights. You might term it Religious discrimination. But I term it as my solemn rights of the property I own and how to use it. It appears your name Mishra is a misnomer and you are neither a vegetarian nor perhaps a Hindu, but a convert active in Jharkand. A Vegetarian known his abhorrence if his neighbour walks in with the freshly flayed leg of a lamb dangling from his hand with dripping blood. Constitutionally a Co-operative Society or a Company is treated as an entity for such purposes on decisions taken by a majority. It was revealed by the Film body that Shabna already owns four apartments in Mumbai besides a voilla in Mahabaleshwar and why should she enter an ambience she is not welcome to? Who says majority of Hindu-s are non-vegetarians? That is why Cow slaughter is banned in all States except West Bengal and Kerala? You appear to entertain a biassed view against Hindu-s and Hinduism. Where does the question of Hitler, subhuman Jews come here? It is the fundamental right enshrined in Constitution to exercise by right to rent out my property. The Religious discriminationcomes into play only when the Govt. comes into picture in allotment of flats or houses from Govt. housings.

It betrays your communal approach. Why don't you go by what the Constitution of India says? It prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, region, language, gender and colour of the skin. Thus if a person or a group of persons refuse to sell or rent out property just on the basis of the religion of the intended buyer or hirer, it's illegal. Please say whether you abid by the Constitution or throw it in the garbage. Your implicit assumption is that a Muslim is non-veg, thus unsuitable to a colony dominated by the Hindus. This argument has no basis in facts. The overwhelming majority of the Hindus are today non-veg. Traditionally, Maithils, Kashmiris, Bengalis, Assamese, the people of other NE states, Sikhs and so on have been non-veg. Contrary to the Hindu ethos, you believe that all human beings are not equal, some like Muslims, Christians, etc. are sub-humans. This is what Hitler believed. He regarded the Jews as sub-humans, thus tried to exterminate them. Our great sage Tulsi Das says that Ram lives in every human being, so every human being deserves our regards: "Siya Ram Maya Sub Jag Jani, Karahin Pranam Jori Jug Pani." Obviously what you say betrays your ignorance.
