sir, the root cause of this violence is govt's unattention over the people of this region.It is also fact that there is absolutely no political will to go into the crux of the matter.State govt could not be set itself free from people and problems around Bbsr-Cuttack,howfar the govt could able to go into kandhamal matter.Further this state have 90% population advocates for hindu.Entire machinaries go on through hindus sentiment.Here is no rate of co-ordination and integrity among the people of this state.
