Do you mean to say that funding by a foreign agency is OK?

I can understand and tolerate if a political party is being funded
from abroad. But here, the party has an open agenda, a manifesto and
an open accounting system subject to audit.

But, what if the group which is funded is a missionary whose work is
never defined , whose motive is shadowy and whose modus operandi is
questionable ? Will your 'bogey of foreign funding' apply here ?

And third , dangerously, if the person is a spy, will your casual
dismissal still be applicable ?

Our constitution confers the right to practice and propagate healthy
religious ideas openly and and in a dignified manner. It has never
approves of a covert, money based conversion whose subjects are the
lowest of low of India having no education whatsoever. There is a
Parliamentary amendment and a supreme court direction in this regard.

The resoultion explicitly bars foreign miisionaries from working in
India. Why ?
