Regarding your claim of agricultural wages, it depends on the type of farming done.. if i am not wrong, the farming done in jharkhand and tamilnadu has lot of variations.. Secondly, tamilnadu is industrialised and this has affected agriculture a lot.. Today, for a farm labourer, 150 is paid for men for half a day's work and Rs.50 is paid for woman.. it depends on the type of work they do.. Regards, Senthil
