One is proud of what he has, not what others have! Indeed your message shows your innate mentality towards Bihar at a time of crisis! I dont find this very different from that of the Patna born CM of west bengal who slithered out of a solemn promise of let the IIT come up at Sindri when DVC HQ was permitted at Calcutta even though Calcutta was outside the Damodar Valley.
