First point of disagreement in terminology- why are Marxists non-secular by your definition?

Second point of diagreement- you seem to think that mothers and daughters are not responsible for the success of women- "example of numerous women getting higher education and able to go to high paid jobs like IT.. arent they progressed because of their fathers, who paid them till they finished the college education.." We need to overcome the negatives by the weight of the positives. Let's agree that Hindus, Christians, Marxists, Bengalis, Biharis, Santals can all be secular. And any representative of a group might be sectarian by choice. Let's also agree that both parents can (and should do so equally) contribute to their children's upbringing and that the child also needs to try (see Kahlil Gibran on this point- parents and children).
