Dear all I understand that the Moderator has advised us to agree or disagree, but we should use right words. Fine. This is the right spirit too when we discuss any particular issue on its merits or demerits. There is no reason, why we should no agree to disagree. But that does not allow few Hindu Fundamentalists the freedom to comment on the religion of tribals and more particularly by making efforts to address them as Hindus. This is a very serious matter where there is a systematic attack is made on the identity of the tribals and intruding in to their Culture and Religion. Such persons should keep away from tribals while they are performing the role of champions of Hindu Religion. Few tribal Universities are being opened and glad to know that one such is opening at Koraput also. I fully agree with Biduut that some like minded persons should meet to discuss the matter. There is no confusion about the identity of the Tribals but there are some mischief makers who try to play with the dignity of the tribals, who treat tribals as a commodity to be put in a Museum. Such persons must be taught lessons by exposing them in their own area. In a developing world, there is no place for fundamentalists. They should be shown the exit door, earlier the better so that they can not succeed in their narrow thinking.
There is no need for any judgment copies since tribals do not need any certificate to which religion they belong. What Jyoti has said is right that there are few judgments in which Supreme Court of India has also held that Tribals are not Hindus. Let those funamentalists go to find the judgements that tribals are Hindus. Samuel Lakra.
