Happy new year to you .I thought let me share my views on the issue .Most of
the villages, particularly Adivasi villages have the similar fate with a bit of
difference here and there.It is very difficult to single out the reason or even
few main reasons.But one thing is very clear the educated ones and those are
better off than others especially from the Adivasis have failed miserably to
pay back to their societies.We will never find a single poor person belonging
to Marwari or Sindhis.Probably they are the best examples to be followed.We
have to consciously inculcate the spirit of enterpreneurship matching with the
time.No doubt education plays important role but the GOWALAS and DABAWALAS
break all myths of education.We only need to be literate enough to count and
recognise currency and a enterpreneuring spirit.Nothing is going to stop us
from developing.
