We have JDK-8146370 [1] to re-examine the issue of resolver tracing. I
think the main question will be whether to expose it in the API for the
purpose of dynamic configuration. So I think that would be the time to
decide on what the appropriate output should look like too. It might be
that there needs to different verbosity levels.
