@kamalcph Even though I am working on adding UT for initialization failure, but JFYI, the instance of TopicBasedRemoteLogMetadataManager we are getting from RemoteLogMetadataManagerTestUtils is already initialized one (i.e. initialized = true and initializationFailed = false).
