PlaintextAdminIntegrationTest.testShareGroups has started failing because the
"wrong coordinator" is being sent requests which causes this test to time out.
It looks like two incompatible string representations of SharePartitionKey is
the problem. For a single broker cluster, it all seems to work. This test has 3
brokers and the problem seems to occur.
