That's the one I'm using today and it's happening.

It looks like the title bar does refresh properly, so it's just the
main screen.
There have been some low level changes for skin optimization recently
that are the likely cause, but it would be helpful to get some
additional information on what you are seeing. I'm using OS X desktop
squeezeplay and have been unable to reproduce this, but I have seen one
similar (but not identical) incident of bad screen drawing on controller
recently.

The controller issue looks similar to what I'm seeing, yes. I've only
tried it on one computer and OS so I can do some more investigating. Any
other info I can give you I'll be happy to.
