Not enough hours in the day though. :) I believe it sorts based on the gameID specified for each game. As such specify these in a manner that will achieve the sorted results you desire.
Whenever you call addCustomSportScore the 'sport' parameter is used to as the toplevel menu name for your content. Whatever name is displayed there is automatically displayed on top when you drill down.
