I think I'm ready.   Attached is a release candidate.  I added
delCustomDisplayGroup and delCustomDisplayGroupItem.  I had been
waiting to do a release to make sure all the APIs were in a good final
state.  Please confirm it works as you expect and I'll make it
official.
