Good idea. Divide and conquer!

I'll do the CSVRead/StringFrom file and any other functions that are not
yours.
Also I'll do the BeanShell/TCP stuff.

BTW, I added:

to the beginning of the URL*.java files so that the full file name is
present.

Presumably you've all seen the e-mail from Roy Fielding about the need to
put "Tha Apache ..." rather than just "Apache ...".
