Yes, you can probably use a mix of requests to generate the required load, and use the throughput timer to set the requests to 8/minute, though it's going to be a bit tedious to set it up. I suggest you look at what the server is expected to see, and then work back and set up the required samplers. But the question is - how many user sessions are you trying to emulate?
