If you use both HEAP=-Xms1024m -Xmx1024m and NEW=-XX:NewSize=1024m -XX:MaxNewSize=1024m it's a problem, try without -XX:NewSize=1024m -XX:MaxNewSize=1024m. If this doesn't help you, show me all parameters/arguments that you pass to java command.
