Those are probably left over from the days when I was converting things
from double to float.

I frankly haven't looked at povray output in about a year. But it should
not be 'partially' broken. It should either work or not work.

I would be suspicious of the Mac version.

There are lots of interesting things to do for someone who wants to work
with povray. It currently only supports atoms & bonds. Multiple bonds
might not be supported. Aromatic & hydrogen bonds certainly are not.

All of the protein visualization shapes need to be done.

Someone could then venture into exporting an animation/vibration as a
series of povray frames.
