I can confirm that the table of crystal ionic radii in the Handbook of
Chemistry and Physics, 48th edn (that's what I had handy when I was
preparing the table/file, back when) has entries for Sn -4 and Sn-1, as
well as Sn2+ and Sn4+. The tables of Shannon and Prewitt (1969) and
Whittaker and Muntus (1970) have only the +2 and +4 states for Sn. Then
again, they don't have values that would cover Sn2H6. I'd suggest just
leaving it as is.
