The answer is yes. Sorry if I misunderstood that it was a question.

We will appreciate all the help the Jmol community can give,
both in teaching us commands and settings unknown to us, and 
in implementing changes in Jmol.

Even when we started the project, it's clearly a Jmol
project at the end.
