Yes, StubManager is no longer needed, happy to get rid of it.
Help is welcome if you want to update the documentation :)
I had the impression yesterday that the popup window wasn't working.
I also had a look at the OggHandler extension, which apparently can display
useful things for files in ogg format (same kind with PdfHandler).
I think that would be nice to have the same kind for molecular files (either
a Jmol applet embedded, or a snapshot generated on the server)
