The email confirmation mechanism only worked correctly for a few days :(
I have decided to reinforce the access by authorizing several kinds of
modifications (page creation, file uploading, ...) to users that have been
registered for at least 4 days.
Since then, 9 days ago, we had only one vandalism (links added to an
existing page)
