Hello,

I'm having conflicts between CDK and Jmol jars when I integrate them in
my SWT/Swing application. On a proposal from Miguel, I tried using the
latest JmolApplet (v10rel16) since it does not contain any
org.openscience.cdk classes, and it worked out just fine when using the
SmarterModelAdaptor. However, when trying out the examples for JmolCdk
integration on the wiki (Thanks, Egon!) I needed to add the
org.jmol.adapter.cdk.CdkJmolAdapter class, which is not present in the
JmolApplet but only in Jmol.jar.

So, my proposal is to add the CdkJmolAdapter to JmolApplet.jar too, and
thereby getting a component that could be added into 3'rd party software
as well as webpages. Let me know what you think.

Regards,

   .../Ola Spjuth
