It seems that mouse tracking during a 'delay' command is disabled. I am
not sure why ... will take a look.

So I think it depends upon when you try to do the movement. During some
other type of move operation I think it will track your mouse. If things
are paused on the screen then it will not move ... regardless of the
browser.
