I could not find any "NO" as word in the interactive scripting

Q: What does "NO" mean in which context(s) in Jmol?
off == false == no

on == true == yes

I have removed 'yes' and 'no' from the list of keywords.

This seems to be the simplest solution to the problem of

   select [no]

boolean values must be specified as on/true/off/false

I think this is a more general problem. I parsed all PDB entries and tried to use all 5888 different hetero component names in a selection command (e.g.: select [EBP]21;).

I can't tell you all problematic names, because jmol interrupts a script on error and it would be too tedious to find every one step by step.

Some of the problematic names are "ON","ALL","SET". The complete list of hetero component names is available at "http://www.imb-jena.de/ImgLibPDB/pages/hetDir/scan_pdb_het.txt";.

Since we want to render all hetero components at the "IMB Jena Image Library of Biological Macromolecules" (http://www.imb-jena.de/IMAGE.html) in a specific way and we are currently extending the integration of Jmol at our site it would be important for us to be able to select all hetero components without trouble.

Regards,
Rolf
