WinZip gives you a choice of whether or not you want to preserve the subdirectories. Just use WinZip to unzip everything so that the file jmol.bat is in C:\jmol You can then start the Jmol application by saying c: cd \jmol jmol > Sorry, would you prefer I send these questions to the list?
